Returns Policy

Thank you for shopping with Peekaboo Box
If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return the product and get a full refund. If the product is the wrong size, you can also return the product.
You can return a product for up to 30 days from the date you received it.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging. Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.
Customers are responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are nonrefundable.
If you wish to return an item, please contact helpme@peekaboobox.com.au to arrange the return. Our customer service team will be able to arrange this and inform you of the process.
Refunds
If you are returning an item, please send the product back to us via registered mail and allow two weeks from the day you return your package for your account to be credited. This time depends on your card issuer's policies
No refunds are given for Change of Mind. Refunds are not available if damage has occurred when they have been used for purposes with which they were unintended.
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.
If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment).
Faulty Goods
Peekaboo Box will replace or refund items that are faulty, unfit for the product’s intended purpose, or different to those shown or described to you. Refunds are not available if damage has occurred when they have been used for purposes with which they were unintended.
We will credit your original method of payment. Proof of purchase is required for reimbursement of the full purchase price.
